wholesale order requirements

Minimum order requirements:

First order must hit $400 minimum order and subsequent orders have a minimum order of $200.

Accounts not used within a 9 month period may automatically be deactivated. Re-registration for a wholesale account will be required and approval is not guaranteed.

Payment Methods:

Payment can be made by card, PayPal or direct bank transfer to Dindi Naturals, National Australia Bank BSB: 083503 Account No#: 773321754

Shipping Methods: 

We use local courier services for shipping as well as Australia Post. Orders are carefully and securely packaged so that your products arrive in perfect condition. Dispatch occurs within 2 - 5 days of orders received. Goods ordered within Australia locations should arrive within 5-7 business days and 5 -10 business days in busy periods. Cut off dates may apply to orders to ensure appropriate time delivery in holiday periods

Delivery Charges:

All wholesale orders will incur a $30 shipping fee (shipping to some regional areas may incur a further fee). Express delivery if required will incur additional costs and will need to be organised through our wholesale team over the phone, along with your order.

International Orders: 

On international orders the shipping is calculated after the order is placed. The correct total will then be sent to you and payments can be made by direct bank transfer or PayPal. Please be advised international orders can take up to 21 days to receive after dispatch.

Refund and Return Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with each purchase, however if any of our products do not meet your expectations, then please email or call our wholesale team explaining your concern and including your order invoice number. All claims must be notified and authorised within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods returned for credit must be approved prior to return. We will either replace the product or credit your account (less postage costs)
